Clearance racks at high end department stores like Neiman Marcus, are the perfect place to find designer pieces at better prices. Some of them are still a bit of a splurge (ahem.. $96 top) if you are like me and on a college girl/working girl budget, but everyone needs a little treat every now and again right!?
