I found this recipe on Gina's blog which I found via Megan's blog. Chicken lettuce wraps are my favorite thing to order at PF Changs and I have always wanted to be able to make them myself. Well, thanks to Gina now I can. You should check out her site ASAP. I found about 50 things I want to make and eat tonight.
